assets under management and the number of accounts managed;
the number of composites maintained;
the quality and effectiveness of the firm's policies and procedures; and
if applicable, the number of composites that will be examined, including the periods to be covered.

Our goal is to provide the most efficient and effective verification and performance examinations possible.
We believe that upfront planning time, where we obtain a thorough understanding of your firm, will save
everyone time and effort. Through questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews, we seek to
understand how your firm operates, how you market yourself, and your approach to managing money. Only
when we fully understand your firm's policies and procedures for complying with the GIPS standards do we
begin the detail selection and testing process. Any significant issues identified during the planning
process will be addressed upfront.
We will provide to you a detailed list of items we will test during the on-site fieldwork, allowing you enough
time to gather and organize the requested documents. As all issues should have been addressed during
the planning stage, by the time we visit your office to perform the detail work we should be able to efficiently
review the requested materials and complete our testing.
