About Vincent Performance Services
Karyn D. Vincent, CFA, CIPM
Karyn has provided verification and other performance consulting services to
investment managers, ranging from small start-ups to some of the largest
managers in the world, for over 23 years. Karyn is an active volunteer with CFA
Institute and has participated in the following:
Member, Alternative Investments Working Group;
Karyn is an instructor for CFA Institute-sponsored GIPS training workshops, and
also speaks at many conferences throughout the U.S.
Karyn has provided verification and other performance consulting services to

Chelsea P. Cooper, CIPM
Chelsea joined Vincent Performance in June 2009. Chelsea has over 5 years of
investment experience. She spent the first part of her career as a Wealth
Advisor Analyst for a private wealth group at Morgan Stanley. Most recently she
worked for INTECH Investment Management LLC as a Senior Investment
Performance Analyst. Chelsea works in our Los Angeles office and provides
verification and consulting services to clients located throughout the U.S.

investment experience. She spent the first part of her career as a Wealth
Advisor Analyst for a private wealth group at Morgan Stanley. Most recently she

Crista DesRochers, CIPM
Crista joined Vincent Performance in February 2006. Crista has over 10 years of
investment experience. She spent most of her career in the retail brokerage
business as an Investment Specialist at Charles Schwab. Most recently she
worked for a Portland advisory firm specializing in client performance reporting.
Crista works in our Portland office.

Steven Furst, CFA, CIPM
Steven joined Vincent Performance in October 2007. Steven has over 6 years of
investment experience. He spent the first part of his career as a Performance
Analyst at Western Asset Management Company. Most recently he worked for
Ares Management LLC as the Performance Manager. Steven works in our Los
Angeles office and provides verification and consulting services to clients
located throughout the U.S.

Janet Melligh
Janet joined Vincent Performance in May 2008. Janet has over 7 years of
investment experience. Her early career experience focused on auditing and
management. Prior to joining Vincent Performance Janet worked at Northwest
Corporate Federal Credit Union for eight years, starting as a Financial Analyst
and eventually moving into the positions of Portfolio Manager, Risk Manager and
CFO. Janet works in the Portland office.

Greta Nathan
Greta has worked in the investment management industry for over 12 years and
has specialized in providing verification services throughout her career. Prior to
joining Vincent Performance, Greta was an Audit Manager at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. Greta lives in Boston and provides verification and
consulting services to our East Coast clients.

Ashley Reeves
Ashley joined Vincent Performance in October 2006. Ashley has over 11 years of
investment experience. She spent the first part of her career as an Audit Senior
at Deloitte & Touche, providing verification services to Southern California
clients. Most recently she worked for Western Asset Management Company as
the Supervisor of Performance. Ashley works in our Los Angeles office and
provides verification and consulting services to many of our largest clients.

Andrew Sidebotham, CFA, CIPM
Andrew joined Vincent Performance in July 2011. Andrew has over nine years of
investment experience. Prior to joining Vincent Performance, he worked as an
Advent consultant instituting best practices in middle and back office workflows,
with a focus on performance. Andrew works in our Portland Office.

David Terris, CIPM
David joined Vincent Performance in November 2007. David has over 18 years
of investment experience and recently worked for Northwest Corporate Federal
Credit Union as a portfolio manager where he was responsible for managing
the company's roughly $1 billion fixed income portfolio. Previously David worked
in a variety of roles at USAA, including as a financial analyst on retail mutual
funds, investment portfolio analyst on the insurance general accounts, and as a
senior portfolio strategist on the USAA pension and post-retirement medical
plans. David also established the procedures and helped in the development of
composites for USAA’s Private Investment Management Company. David works
in our Portland office.

Donna joined Vincent Performance in November 2005. Donna handles a variety
of office operations and administrative functions, and provides administrative
support to all Vincent Performance staff members. Donna has significant
experience in bookkeeping and legal support. Donna works in our Portland

Tamara Manzo
Tamara joined Vincent Performance in July 2011. Tamara has over 5 years of
investment experience and 4 years of auditing and compliance experience. She
spent the first part of her career performing auditing and compliance reviews to
determine resident qualifications for a property management firm. She then
worked in private client brokerage operations at AllianceBernstein LP where she
was a liaison between Financial Advisors and Portfolio Managers. Most
recently, she worked for a portfolio management software company where she
specialized in account reconciliations and accuracy of investment performance
reports. Tamara works in our Portland Office.
